Turbo Boost Gauge on 300Tdi Defender

As the topic subject.

I am struggling to find where to "plumb" in my boost gauge.

I have the `hose` type but can't find where to splice in the T-piece.

Any help/pics appreciated.

look round at the turbo you will see a hard plastic pipe joined to the turbo with a short bit of rubber tee it in there,
you should get 1 bar under load

Cut the black wastegate hose about in middle and fit in T-piece. Then run new hose from t-piece through dash to Turbo Guage.

Yeah just to agree with last post, cut turbo waste gate pipe (small 5mm plastic pipe) and run new pipe in cab to gauge

Thanks guys, I'll have another look at the weekend.

I must admit the few short weeks I have been on here the advise is first class (even when the silly questions are from ignorant newbies :P)
