hi all. it is with great regret that im putting my freshly back on the road series three up for sale. its a 109 ex military,van type hard top, sand colour paint although this could do with a fresh coat. passanger door top could also do with being repaired or replaced.. its a genuine 75,000 miles. no idea of service history but i do have old mots and some other paperwork, everything works except the fuel gauge.
the good bits,
i have bought and fitted brand new, a weber carb kit. an exhaust system, full. a new battery.an altenator. new indicator switch, wiper blades. fuel cap. new rear bumpstops.new points coil etc.
i also splashed out on a full tune up costing over ?55.the bulkhead is needing the top corners done at some point soon, otherwise its solid, it only needed one weld the the dumbiron for its mot and a couple of bulbs. 3 sets of keys and all locks work.i have fitted a set of modular wheels but would possibly like to keep these unless i get a good offer. the series owes me just over ?1300 on parts and the purchase price alone. has a split rear tail gate. i,e the lower half is a normal drop down tailgate and the top is a swing out rear door type cat flap.
the bad bits are the paint could really do with being freshened up, the fuel gauge and passanger door top. other than that its very good. even really straight for a 32 year old landy.great solid chassis. great rear xmember.
