Are mach 5 wheels road legal?

The blokes web site says they are suitable for road use so I imagine they are ?
If its not broken you are not trying hard enough....

Early Mach 5 wheels were known for cracking around the welds on the spokes.

yeah they are road legal, and mark doesnt recommend the standard ones for off road  he recommends the rolled rim for strength.

Thanks for info, yeah I looked at the website and thought the rolled edge ones looked more suitable
