should be ok for occasional use that price probably includes ?100 for the rope, you will probably get the same with a steel cable for a chunk less
take it your other one is knackered?

It probably needs to be refurbished. I couldn't get the end cap off, I think the bearing is stuck.
The gearbox end is pretty manky. I'll get a new one and strip the other one some day.

They are very good, just ask Bill!

He did mine at show prices, basically VAT free, thoroughly recommended. The other ones I was looking at was Champion as they had long warranties, but I couldn't find a good word about them anywhere, and David's name kept cropping up.
