Diesel Engine for Series 3
« on: May 26, 2011, 05:03:56 PM »
I am looking for a diesel engine for my series 3 Petrol.

I believe 200/300 tdi is a good option.

Anyone got one or any advice on which is best option.

Might not be what you are after but am going to be swapping my 2.5nad from my land rover 110 to a 300tdi from a Disco 1

If you are interested in the 2.5nad let me know.
I wish I knew more,
But then, don't we all.

if Joe isn't interested in the 2.5nad then I may be. When were you planning to remove it, could hear/see it running?

Cheers,
Martin

I can put my hands on a 2.25 S3 diesel. Starts & runs ok.
