I am a man in need of some decent advice!
I have a P38 1998 R 2.5dse auto
Worked fine for 15 mins then started to overheat. i took some wrong advice and bought a 325tds running and got a "Mechanic" to swap the engine at a massive cost then the garage "lost" the ECU so i was then told to order a Rangrover ECU from ebay ?60,
Surprise surprise the car still doesnt go he is now telling me that the pump is coded to the ECU..
So long and short of it is the car has a 325tds engine and pump complete untouched and a rangerover ECU
But still not running
"Im told i winds over gets fuel to the pump but nothing from the pump to the injectors"
Please any advice or someone who can put it right cost not an issue (Within Reason)
