more alarm probs

Hi all can i bypss the alarm on my 94 disco went to start it tonight ready foe the big mot tomorow and it would not turn over batts gone in key fob so replace them but it did not resolve the prob ? no mot tomrow means no rtv no sunday :(

yes i did as i said in the workshop manual the prob is the centrel locking is not working ether no led on the dash not a good sine
