So, my (original) diesel fuel tank has sprung a leak and I have bought a replacement. I have had a crisis of confidence in terms of the placement of the mountings, in case my previous attempt caused the rupture. The three bolts are straightforward. the one that is vexing me is the stepped bolt and where the components sit relative to the tank bracket and the outrigger.

Does anyone know the correct order of installation? 1. Stepped bolt
2. Washer
3. Rubber bung 1
4. Rubber bung 2
5. Rectangular/shaped bracket
6. Spring Washer
7. Nut

So, Where does the outrigger sit relative to the above (e.g. between 3 and 4)? and where does the tank bracket sit relative to the above (e.g. between 4 and 5)?
