Help  my  2.5 diesel 90 won't go into gear especially reverse would clutch be stuck just picked it up today the previous owner said he put a new clutch in it we had it moving in some gears it does sound as though clutch stuck also can't jack up to try  the wheels of the ground  to try it that way if it is clutch as it has no brakes not fitted new pipes yet thanks for reading. Or gearbox problem

Think it's a selector problem is this an easy fix

Hi does it select high and low? If not it could be that the high/low selector has come loose, this happend to me to sort remove middle seat and floor  there is a small plate with 4 or 6 bolts m10 spanner to remove then you see selector, it has a grub screw in it what should be tight it locates in a dimple in the shaft. worth a look.

Think so but will try it  but it struggling with all gears and no reverse at all

Hi when this hapend to me it felt like it was goiing into gear but just wouldnt drive but found to be the high/low lever. perhapes not the same as you then.

Have you checked clutch fluid - I had a problem selecting gears on my TD5, due to low fluids.

Fingers crossed it a quick and cheap fix!

It was the  reverse sensor screwed to far in
