Defender 110 Rear Crossmember Help Needed!
« on: June 01, 2015, 06:54:41 PM »
Evening, due to lack of time and mot in July, can anyone recommend someone to replace the rear crossmember on my Defender 110.

I have a new crossmember with extensions but need someone with the knowledge and expertise to fit it but due to work I'm running out of time fast!

Let me know if anyone can help!

Thanks

Hi

Buffalo Bill did a pile of welding for me a few weeks ago on a series and a wee 90 I have.  The series needed a fair bit of chassis work done including realigning the chassis before welding it up because it had started sagging in the middle.  I also bought it after an attempt to fit a front dumb iron wewnt wrong and I ended up with an 87/88" series.

Bill spent a lot of time getting it set up properly before getting stuck in with the welder.   He advertised on the Facebook page recently as he's trying to build a business for him and his son.

I had no complaints and would recommend him.
