Defender 110 TD5 Juddering during acceleration

Just bought a 110 station wagon second hand from a dealer.  Engine judders when we get to 35mph in third, we change to fourth and it judders at 45mph, then change to fifth and it sometimes judders about 65 if accelerating.

Any ideas or advice?

Check the UJ`s om the prop shafts.

I've now checked the uj's and they appear fine.
