What type of AntiFreeze should I put in my Series 3?

OAT, S-OAT are just some of the types available where I hear are bad for old type of engines.

Do not use any of the OAT types, they are not suitable with a series 3 engine.

Stick to one of the "Blue" antifreezes.
This is what I use in my Series engines http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Triple-QX-5L-Blue-AntiFreeze-Summer-Coolant-5-Litre-Ltr-Ready-Mix-/331079443990?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item4d15df6616 other supplier are available.
You will need about 10 litres of coolant for a Series 3 with the std engine in.

Thanks for that reply. Had already considered the triple ql antifreeze. Will get some tomorrow.
