Wanted _trailer wheel and tyre

Looking for spare wheel and tyre for trailer - needs to be 4 inch PCD, preferably 13 inch wheel, but 12 inch would do  - overall diameter of wheel and tyre needs to be close to 51cm. Anyone got something suitable lying around? Thanks, Alan
