Just a quick note to let you all know that we are now open for entries for this years event. Online entries can be completed here: https://www.rallies.info/webentry/2014/scottishhillrally/
Should you wish to submit a paper entry then please print the entry form. You are reminded that this event has a maximum entry of 45 and  that the entry fee is £425, discounts are available for novice crews and early entry. Details are on the entry form.

The Scottish Borders Hill Rally 2014 is now up to 14 entries received.

There is now just four days left to claim a discount for an early entry and if you are a Novice then that would mean 100 of the cost of the entry fee.

You can view the entry list on http://goo.gl/XV0WHE name not on the list and think it should be then get in touch, likewise know someone who you think should be on it then give them a shout or share this post to spread the word.

Remember entries are on first come first served basis and going by the interest shown it won't be long till the event reaches its maximum entry of 45.

Don't delay act today.

Entries received now up to 25 and with the few promised ones in the post we anticipate that this number will rise to 30 in the day's

There is now just over 24hrs to claim the early entry discount and again if you are a novice the combined total would mean a 100 pounds off an entry.

So please don't delay get your entry in soon, remember there is a maximum entry of 45 for this event.

Scottish "Borders" Hill Rally 2014

With just a few hours over 25 days left till entries close for this years Scottish Borders Hill Rally 2014, we have just 8 entry spaces left till we have a full entry. So if you are planning on entering the event the best advice is not to wait till the last minute to enter are you may well be disappointed.

In a conversation today it was said that competitors may be waiting till there respective championships finish before entering, this is understandable. However the Borders has never not refunded an entry fee when a competitor has not made the event when there has been a reserve available to fill the entry spot. This year will be the same again, so no reason not to get your entry in.

Remember discounts are still available for Novice Crews and indeed the payment option of £100 down with the balance payable by the entry close date is also still available.

Got a question about the event, then please ask, were happy to help.

So if you are planning on competing then please don't leave it till the last minute as we don't want anyone to miss out what will be a great event.

We still need a lot more marshals and would welcome any assistance offered.

Scottish "Borders" Hill Rally 2014

Latest Event News - as of now the event has only 5 entry spaces left before we are running a reserve list and with Entries closing at mid day on the 31st that means there is just over two days to get an entry before we start seeding for this years event. So if your serious about running in a competitive field of 45 entries, over a 100 stage miles over two days, with a wide variety of machinery taking part, then the Scottish "Borders" Hill Rally is the event for you, this is a superb venue.

Also if the first three reserves had brought vehicles to the event last year then they would have competed in the event, so its certainly worth getting an entry in even if its on the reserve list.

Remember its the first 45 fully paid entries at Mid day on the 31rst that will get confirmed entries for the event.
