Overheating
« on: January 26, 2014, 05:52:23 PM »
Car overheated on he motorway this morning,
No thermostat in engine, top hose was solid to bursting point, expansion tank was hot and so was the bottom hose. No air lock as it was bled when fitted

I took the water pump off this afternoon, looks ok.

I ran water through the radiator and engine, didn't seem to be blocked

Any thoughts
