Start with the obvious, adjust the heat setting flap, I normally have to open a window, that's assuming its warming up properly?

Doesn't seen to heat at all,  I ran about in a series 2a for a few years and would say the heating in that was better. Normally have the window open to demist (done the same in the series) but it never seems to heat even after running for a couple of hours.

Flush out system coolant and run a hose through it for a while to clear all gunge out of system , check thermostat working and if 74" put in a 84" degree one so engine heats up longer befire thermostat opens to cool and or fit a rad muff are all ways to help improve the heating system in your landy.
