Before you start, there are a couple of things you need to be aware of:
The standard engine mounts will leave the engine about an inch too low - you need to make up some shims to raise the engine.... half an inch will do!
You can leave the turbo attached, you just route the turbo direct into the inlet manifold. If you can get the Defender turbo & Manifolds, then the whole problem goes away
Remember you also need the 200tdi radiator, for the oil-cooler.
Finally - go the the next CCV, and speak to the man who runs the Green Series 1 ("Boghopper") - he has a full 200tdi setup in a leaf-sprung 88, with nothing cut on the chassis!
