Disco 3 manual transfer box, it's the same as the auto

Just in the off chance that someone may know or have a good one for sale ;)

I'm on here too Stephen ;)

I got a recondition box from Strathclyde gearbox services in Rutherglen. Very quick turn around and very helpful. You are able to fit and remove it on the drive if your able to lift and support the car high enough.

Any more question, just ask.

Cheers Stephen  ;D

Kev, I phoned them today and spoke with Alan, I have to take mine down tomorrow (Friday) for him to have a look and get me a price. How long did you wait and was it your own one that they reconditioned?

Cheers

I had to wait 2/3 days to get one, he had one lying that he reconditioned and I gave mine in exhange. I didn't require fitting although I'm he he would if you needed it.

Dave,

It was Mikey that told me to go to Strathclyde gearboxes and I went along this morning and the guy wasn't too sure about getting it reconditioned, he said that he would look in to it and get back to me with a cost.

I can get a second hand low mileage one on the forum for less!!
