5W-30 oil OK in a TD5?

Hi all - before I make a schoolboy error, am I OK to renew my engine oil with synthetic 5W-30? I bought 10L and then read somewhere that it has to be 5W-40. I've not opened it, so it's not too late to change it if I've bought the wrong stuff.

5w30 synthetic is whats ment to be in a td5

Yep, it's OK.  What I put in my old D2 and never missed a beat.  Alan.
