Light Issue
« on: August 07, 2013, 03:50:11 PM »
Hi

I was driving along and all of a sudden I have no lights... I took the dash off and now I've lost indicators... I've blown a fuse... I replaced it and now I've got another blown fuse... Anyone got any pointers? I've been at it all day...

check the harness from the bulkhead down to d/side light - check its not melted
if running halogen conversion check out / subsitute the indicator stalk - common problem
life is but a journey from birth to death - why rush ?

Finally got it sorted with a mate... turns out theres a duff connection to the battery from the fusebox, which when a high current is drawn kills it.. replaced the run to the battery, job done :)
