Need a tow now tonight. Or advice

Ground to a halt at hawthorn bank just before Blackburn. Brakes sized on tight and hubs burning hot break pedal solid do I sit and wait till they cooled down or is there a quick fix or is someone close by who can help

take the cap off the brake resevoir - is it under pressure ?

i got home  agh that was scary i had only the hand brake to stop agh agh agh but deffinatly the master cylinder has totally sized up soon as i relised the out put it flushed out and wheel became free . so tomorrow strip out and break down and clean possiblt renew totally,
