Not sure which section to post in but need some help with prices.
Had some interest in buying my S3 88 project which has been waiting my attention again (I don't live in Scotland at the moment so its being stored!). 99% finished just needs a few bits done.
Repaired 88in chassis with dumb irons, rear crossmember and outriggers. Stripped and painted with proper primer and top coat.
2.5td 19j engine. Runs well when warm and boosts nicely. Injectors want serviced and probably new valve stem seals but OK for now. TD5 intercooler fitted.
Perfect bulkhead no repairs wanted or needed.
Truck cab
All new brakes front and back with Delphi parts
Mill services galv rock sliders
2 100W spots on the front bumper
Newish door tops
New timing belt and clutch
Very good wrangler road tyres on it
Defender seats
3 point seat belts
Warn free wheeling hubs
I don't really want to sell it as it only wants the seatbelts finishing and a couple of odds and ends done for MOT!
What do we reckon its value is with and without MOT?
