a frame ball joint

hi all my 90 needs a new a frame ball joint ! is it murder to fit ie tightly pressed in or will it knock out any tips would be most welcome at least its not welding lol thanks in advance

Buying the ball joint made up so to speak might make it more diy.

cheers guy's opted for just the ball joint job was straight forward with a big hammer and vice although copperslip and the full kit would have been much easier ! all in all about an hour and a half all done and that was overcomming stuck bolts ect  but what a diffrence to the motor thanks again for all the input  :D
