Wanted Defender or Disco £10k budget

Folks,
A dear freind of mine has recently relocated to Inverness and feels the need to change his vehicle.
As the title suggests he has a 10K budget and would like something that will do the snow and flooding bit as well as allow the occassional log runs for the firewood.

If you are contemplating the sale of your vehicle or know of one for sale please advise or PM me with a contact email or phone number and I shall forward. Piccies would be a benefit

Also if you are interested in an Audi All Terrain A4 at £27k (ouch :o :o) I can pass on his details

Is the budget a max budget? Or no more than? Im thinking of.selling my disco td5. 2000 model. Would that be of.interest? Thanks. Jon.
