another problem???? tunnel

hi all
 it seems to be 1 thing after another
 prob this time is the gearbox tunnel not fitting properly???
 
i have used the seatboxes tunnel and bulkhead from td5
 
i am useing origanal 200tdi engine box the small bellhousing type
 and the chassis
 
but the gearbox seems to be couple of inches to far back
 i will try posting pics
 i tried to post pics but says they are to big
dont know  how to make smaller

i can email to some 1 if they can do it

Mike,

the tunnels are matched to the box. Might be easiest to get the tunnel for the box you are using. They come up on ebay for not much money

general answer to this photo problem
open a photo bucket account and put your pictures on that
using their site copy the 'img code' and then paste that into your mesage
that way it reduces the picture size that the forum has too handle by hosting it on an outside server
i find it handy to have 2 pages open at the same time - one with photobucket and the other on the forum and then you can flick between the 2
like so etc......



this way the photo is smaller but if you click on it - it goes bigger  :D - try it  ;D

have you changed the engine? thats what normally results when you take an older engine out and put a tdi in on the old engine mounts. it makes everything sit back two inches or so.

the problem he is having is from using a td5 seatbox & tunnel on a Short Lt77,
to make it fit, it should be a case of swapping the tunnel & diaphram to an earlyer metal one rather than the later plastic tunnel,

Still have most of it left
