Wow - where did you get this kit from..... it's brilliant!
1 - release bearing
This is obvious - sits over the input shaft, and between the arms of the Clutch Fork
2 - push rod clip
This is the platic clip that always breaks.... and holds the rod (that goes into the slave cylinder) into the Clutch Fork
3 - Small plastic piece, is this just junk or does it serve some purpose?
Another really useful piece: it's the clip that holds the thrust release bearing (1) onto the Clutch Fork: it sits in a hole just below one of the oval bearing-pieces on the clutch fork, and into the middle slot on one of the webbing pieces on the release bearing. The parts manual shows how it fits
4 - Copper(?) tube, no idea what this is for
Goes into the end of the crankshaft, and stops the nose of the gearbox input shaft from rattling around (damaging clutches, oil-seals, bearings, etc)
5 - sachet of fluid, presumably some sort of grease. What is it for?
On the splines of the clutch-plate (or the input shaft) - [a] helps it all slide home, and
helps it slide on the shaft when being used
6 - Clutch plate & housing, I know where this goes!
I hope so... they're the REALLY OBVIOUS bits you've just taken off
