Looking for an LPG mixer to fit Zenith carb
« on: July 23, 2012, 02:19:45 PM »
Anyone know who makes/sells LPG mixers to fit a Zenith 36IV carb (as used on a Series motor)?

I've changed my Weber carb for a Zenith, and the first two LPG garages I've asked to fit a mixer to the new carb have had problems getting hold of one to fit - apparently they're hard to get hold of because nowadays not many people convert carburetted motors.

And no, I can't get the old mixer machined out to fit - I've measured it and if I did there would be no metal left.

Unless you can find one secondhand it might be a struggle. What venturi size does it need to be?

A BLOS carb on the intake pipe will be much better than the old mixer btw.
