Under vehicle LPG
« on: April 03, 2012, 04:42:39 PM »
I've got a V8 109 on LPG - simple carb version with the tank in the back - but plan to use the system in my 1972 Station Wagon I'm refurbishing but would really like to put the tank(s) under the floor to keep the full station wagon in use.

Anyone have under vehicle LPG fitted, and any suppliers locally for the correct tanks?

Cheers

Hi,

My 110 had a round tank where the original petrol tank was.
As it was used off road i put a plate under the tank using the tow bar stays for support.
I'm selling the complete kit as i've broken the 110 for spares.
The kit is £80

Hi Geoff,

How big is the tank? I have a 100L torpedo tank in the back of my 109 van but it wouldn't fit under the floor.

Hi,

I think it's 90lt. It fits nicely between the chassis rails.
I've got the full kit here.
I've also got a 150lt tank that was behind the rear bulkhead

Would you sell just the under floor tank and you could then sell the kit with the big tank?
