300tdi Heavy Duty clutch?

I need to replace the Clutch in my new 300Tdi discovery  and was wondering if i should get a Heavy Duty clutch or not?

I will be hopefully entering competitions and I tend to drive quite fast so i was thinking a heavy duty clutch would be better?

do they feel the same as a Normal clutch or will it be harder to push and control?

Feels the same. IFAIK its just got reinforced bits to strengthen it.
