300tdi es automatic discovery
242,000 miles, drives well, brand new Mot last week with a few small advisories.
It has a cold starting issue, its getting air into the fuel line when left over night and takes a fair bit of cranking to start from cold, starts fine when its been running, fitted a brand new sender this morning thinking it would fix the problem.. but looks like it needs looked at a bit more to cure it.
Also, just to please me even more this morning, the turbo started rattling, sounds like a bearing has failed
I have far too many other projects to finish, so Im afraid to say, Im just going to let this go for someone else to fix up and finish.
Its also just had a full timing belt kit fitted.
Four very good tyres on dark metallic grey freestyle alloys, and one brand new spare tyre on a Disco steel wheel.
Grey electric leather seats (passenger switch is faulty) electric sunroofs, aircon etc.. very high spec.
Some small dings and marks on the body thats typical of its age, but all in all.. a solid Discovery.

with a little tlc this will make a good sound toy.
