Hi,
Just went out to change a headlight on the disco.
You need to remove three screws to pull the light unit forward.
Unfortunately 2 off the steel screws go into brass inserts in the unit. Of course they didn't want to come out.
I ended up having to drill th heads off and remove the brass inserts.
As a fix i've bonded some M6 studs in the holes.
If you have a face lift D2, i'd take the screws out, if you can, and grease them.
This 15 min job just took 2 hours.
