Hi,
quick question.
I have a series 3 2.25 petrol and i am unsure if antifreeze is correct mixture in radiator.

Am i best draining and starting from scratch if so any particular antifreeze and what mixture.

Hi Joe
It should be a 50% mix for antifreeze, buy a gallon and you have plenty for topping up.
Use the ethylene glycol type (blue stuff)
It might be a good idea to flush the rad out with a garden hose (run it till clear), removing all the crud from the bottom.
i think most anti freeze lifespan only really lasts two winters.
