is it as easy to fit as alot of people say or is there more to it? been looking at the ones with the extensions?

I've done a couple. It's pretty easy really. Be careful getting the loom out of the chassis leg.
Be gentle with the fuel pipes where they connect to the tank
The ones with the extensions are probably easier.
Measure twice, cut once.
Measure thrice, cut once.
Measure fou---- you get the idea.
