Someone to do small welding job

Before I fit my new (to me) radiator panel, I'm looking for someone to cut out and repair some rust along the bottom edge. Anyone got a recommendation (preferably near Haymarket)? Thanks in advance.

Have found someone - just round the corner from work and I never knew he was there. I'll post details assuming he does a decent job.
