More likely to be a plug-in connector which connects these items to the main wiring harness, this is quite common. Probably located under the middle console. Fuses normally protect everything on a circuit rather than just some switches so usually only one per circuit, presumably you have checked the ones in the fuse box already? If other controls make these items work then think connector rather than fuse.
