I got a couple of videos at Drumclog. AVI format but won't load onto youtube :'(
How do I change it? I downloaded a programbut it won't open the file.

Can't even open files at work (Ok at home)

youtube should just convert them... how big are they?

AHH OK, so how do I compress a video to less than 2 mb :-\

Get yourself a photobox account (or similar photo hosting site) and put them on there.  Vimeo might also work?
