series 3 200di any advice

i have prepared my 200tdi for fitting my series 3 modified flywheel housing,2.25 oil filter housing,thermostat housing,engine brackets,alternator spacers to fit series alternator, 9.5 inch clutch ,2.25 diesel manifolds and blancked of turbo feed ans return pipes

now has any one done this before it should be around 80 bhp plenty for now but its so much easyer removing the turbo i will fit it in the turbo on when i can aford a steve parker exhaust and buy a decent radiator   but i want it on the road quick and easy  ;)

just any tips from who ever has done this convesion before and i have just fitted the engine last night its all botled in but i need a bit for the top of the tank for the  pipe

i had to cut part of the battery tray on my new chassis  :(
