Can admin help me change my email ? I can't remember my password

if you log out then try log back in it should generate a password reset i would think? as long as you can access the old email

Don't have access to the old email unfortunately,
I can log on ok but the password won't let me change my email

Have you tried in profile top right of page and select account settings there you can change your email address fir messages and bit where you can reset your password HTH
