N reg 1996 Disco XS V8 LPG complete car for spares or repair.
I bought this Disco about 18 months ago as a donor vehicle for my 90 as I intended doing an auto box conversion, but I've had a change of plan and I'm getting a new garage built in the next few weeks, so need it off the driveway.
The car has been off the road for over 2 years but starts and drives, really strong sounding engine which runs nice and auto box engages smoothly, no knocks or bangs. The car also has a fully operational LPG system and 3/4 of a tank of gas.
Bad bits: There is a pin hole in the transmission bog brush cooler so there is a small drip when it's running, exhaust is blown, battery is past its best with lying about.
The body is a bit scabby in places but average for the year, chassis looks pretty reasonable, although this was never a consideration for me.
Would make a great defender donor or off road project, want the full car away, not looking to break and it will need trailered away
