Anyone placed an order recently? Mine hasn't been sent out, and can't get through to them on the phone. Been trying for 2 days now to contact them...

Did they say they'd send out your order? I've had a refurb'd diff on order for the past 10 days that hasn't been despatched. Wondering if it's worth contacting the credit card company and cancelling the order.

Not entirely sure... Either way I'll never be ordering from them again. I get most of my parts from them. Not any more. It's like they let a 13 year old kid in charge of customer service...

  I am very surprised I must say, always found them very helpful before. Very disappointing. That said next day delivery is not a given, did you pay for fast delivery etc and order early in the day?

It's all very weird... First I had to remake my account even though i only ordered a couple of months ago from them.

I ordered 2 hours before cut off for next day delivery, so I was kind of hoping i'd get it next day!

I split my orders between Craddocks and LRSeries. I like LRSeries as you can choose between the different manufacturers. This means you can avoid Britpart, unlike Craddocks. Craddocks stuff does come next day, LRSeries can take 2 or 3 days even if next day delivery.

Yes I like that too, avoiding the blue box is nigh on essential! Having thought about it more LRSeries have been generally around 2 days for delivery on the standard service, they charge (or used to) a pound or so more than the others but the delivery was quicker

It's the customer service that's appalling... not the additional day to deliver

Probably just an off day - everybody has one! I emailed them about my diff and they offered to send out the rest of the order FOC as there had been a delay on the delivery of the re-furb'd diffs from their supplier. I couldn't ask for more than that.
