Title: Parts needed

Ok guys having a bit of a nightmare with the old girl. Rear bearing collapsed killing rear hub now need one. Also front swivel for hub the one on top with two bolts holding it in has also collapsed . It's the one for the tapered bearing.  Any help would be fantastic beer tokens at the ready.
