Well you can tell the weather has turned bad. Altenator has packed in, wondered if any one had one they were selling before i buy a new one.

I've got an alternator on a diesel engine that came out of a series 3 at my work that looks the same - give it a try if you want

Hey Bill only some seized disco alternators in the heaven yard. I'm told Defender & Disco TDI are different. However not too expensive.
Try me on another - I'm incresing my commission :D
