wanted cylinder head

I need a complete cylinder head for a disco 300 tdi needs to have the rocker shaft as mine is now in 4 peices  :(
need one asap as this is my daily driver and its getting a bit cold for the bike
preferably near Livingston or the Edinburgh area but will travel if need be

if it hasn't damaged the head i think you can change the rocker shaft same as the 200, usually this has happened by the tappets being to far out of adjustment
last 200 i did bent some pushrods as well

one of the bolts that hold the shaft down have threaded in the haed so going to change the whole head..... if i can get one :(
