All I can say is i'm sorry for everyone who missed the weekend.
We turned up saturday afternoon to watch the tyros and spent the afternoon helping setup the driving day followed by a night in the tent.
Next day was dry and broght and a good crowd soon turned up after the gates opened. It wasn't long before we were driving around the given track and playing in the tyro sections. After lunch it was obvious that everybody was getting into the swing of things or slightly carried away judging by the amount of mud on some of the cars. Playing in the muddy holes, steep drops and climbs made for an action packed day.
Many thanks to Mr Saunders for the camping - next time maybe a few more souls will brave a night under the stars.
Many thanks to the committee for arranging the venue and everybody else who helped put in time to provide us all with a great day.
Shame the only mud on the Evoque was in the drivers footwell. Never mind, road sweeper was out sunday evening clearing up behind us.
