Title: Hawkeye Total - User guidance

I recently bought a Hawkeye Total off a forum. It came without the User Guide and it is supposed to be intuitive. I must be quite thick or geriatric or both, as I can't figure out how to use it. Have been in contact with Bearmach, but no joy there.
If anyone can provide any "Idiot Instructions" on it, that would be great.
