Disco back door

wont open Wendy going sorry remaining mad had a look key turns button comes up and down door stays stubbornly locked,ideas?

Have you tried the handle inside ??

May just be a rod came off.

I had this on my last one Take the centre badge off and you get into the lever that opens the door. It often seized on the pivot and needed to move just a fraction more to operate the rods. I freed it off with WD40 and it worked well after that

as duncan says above or if its too bad climb over the back seat and peal the door card back you will see 2 cam like bits in the lock the one nearest you going left to right flick it up with your finger and door should open, then oil up everything do not leave it in just wd40 it will seize again
