Discovery 1 Wheels / Tyres - What size?

Hi All,

I know that someone will know out there - what are the standard size of wheels and tyres that a Discovery 1 came with from the factory?

Hi Ian

According to my Discovery MPI brochure it came with 235/70/16R tyres. I guess standard steel wheels or optional Freestyle alloys.

Ian, have a look at http://members.shaw.ca/jbarge/tires.html - this will tell you what size of tyre you can use, and how much work goes into making it fit.

Also note that a spring-lift will affect this, to a certain extent
