Steering Wobble??

Hi Folks, my Discovery has developed yet another fault!! When turning to the right i hear a clicking noise and the steering wheel starts to wobble and when i turn to the left i hear the same noise but dont have so much of the wobble????

Any Ideas  ???

It sounds like it could be a CV joint on its way out  :'(

Not too expensive and a reasonably easy DIY job.
