hi all i'm preping my 90 for a paint job its staying the same red colour does anyone know how many litres of top coat i'll need to buy ? primer's no problem as my mates got loads lying around from previous jobs its a 90 county with windows all round if it makes a diffrence thanks in advance

With thinning etc a litre will cover it no bother even with a brush, if you use a hvlp spray gun it will be a fraction of that

When I painted my 90 van I ordered 3 ltrs of 2k. HMG paints are cheep and give a good quality finish. am sure you will have some left over but better having to much than not enough. plus it will be the same colour for touch ups if nessesary.

thanks for the replies guys i've went on the side of caution and got 3.5 ltrs so i'll have room for error /touch ups ect will try and post my results when i'm finished 

3.5 should be plenty - i did a lwb using less than 4 litres.

cheers mate was first go with a spray gun just kept the pressure down so no orange peel but was probs more luck lol
