ok you will laugh, I can navigate my way round the countryside just fine but not a forum..club section?
Club mag say Hawick to be confirmed..so I'll take that as plan A which is too far south for me  :(  so what or rather where  is plan B and C on the off chance that is closer and I can make it ( have to pre organise day off )

Apologies to all, but we haven't managed to get any permissions sorted out for this coming weekend, despite trying a few options in different parts of the country - original plan had been to link various shorter routes in the hawick area similar to what we did last year but that's not been possible this time round so unfortunately we can't run a GRR on Sunday.

on a brighter note, we will be running an extra GRR on Sunday the 28th October and the paperwork for that has just been signed off (its only for that specific date so we couldn't go there this Sunday) to confirm that it will go ahead. This one will be in an area between Penicuik and Peebles  - details will be posted on the forum this weekend after I've driven round to make a note of directions.

So, sorry about this Sunday, but hopefully we can get a good turn out on 28/10, and also 18/11 which should be formalised and signed off shortly, Alan
